Our Services

We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Herriman, UT and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely complete the job.

Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay for all services at the rates quoted before service begins. Payment is due when service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Additional charges may apply for services requested outside normal conditions, such as difficult terrain or hazardous situations.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location. You must be present or have an authorized representative available when service is provided. You confirm that you have the legal right to request towing for the vehicle in question. Any personal belongings left in your vehicle are your responsibility.

Service Area and Availability

We operate 24/7 in Herriman, UT and surrounding communities. While we make every effort to respond quickly, response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and our current service load. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe for our team or equipment.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full commercial insurance and take great care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by the condition of your vehicle, or damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend documenting your vehicle's condition before and after service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel service, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is on the way to your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover the driver's time and fuel.

Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

If your vehicle is towed to our facility or a storage location, you are responsible for storage fees that begin accruing after the first 24 hours. Vehicles not claimed within 30 days may be considered abandoned and handled according to Utah state law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website with the date of the last update clearly shown.
